I am a qualified Personal Development Coach, having gained a distinction in my diploma with The Coaching Academy.

Before taking the decision to re-qualify as a coach, I spent ten years working in senior roles within the sales and event teams of many of the most prestigious hotels and venues across the UK, including The Dorchester in London. It was by working within this hugely rewarding and yet highly demanding industry that I first became aware of the challenges faced by women balancing a career with family life.

My passion and enthusiasm for coaching began when I met Life Coach, Erin Martin, for whom I organised an event. I was truly inspired by the power of coaching and the hugely positive impact it can have on people’s lives. It was this newly found passion that led me to reassess my career and to become a Personal Development Coach.
