Emily coached me during the lead up to the birth of my third child.  It was a time when I was feeling stressed, anxious and under pressure. She was great at helping me to focus on what was really important so I could get organised for the new arrival.  She also helped me emotionally and mentally prepare for the changes and indeed for the birth itself.
